Cauliflower cheese bars

  1. Wash the cauliflower and shred it in the food processor;
  2. Shred the mozzarella cheese;
  3. Beat the eggs;
  4. Mix the cauliflower, eggs, cheese, and the rest of the ingredients;
  5. Spread the mixture into a baking pan and bake for 60 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
